We have completed or advised on investment real estate transactions ranging from $1MM to $90MM with total value in excess of $1 billion for private and institutional clients throughout the US, parts of Western Europe, Canada, and Australia. Property experience includes office, retail, hospitality, and multi-family assets. We asset manage over $50 million of real estate including portfolio restructuring, assistance with tax planning including IRC Code 1031 like-kind exchanges, and acquisitions and dispositions. We have also sourced or raised debt and equity for investments and development projects and manage entities that are active in the acquisition or development of properties.
